WE ORGANIZE CEREMONIES AND PRIVATE PARTIES EVEN ON THE BEACH  AT SWIMMING POOL OR ON OUR PANORAMIC TERRACES

CITY TAX € 2,00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, MAXIMUM 7 NIGHTS

MINORS ARE EXCLUDED AS WELL AS DISABLED PEOPLE WITH CERTIFICATE

We accept pets except on the beach, swimming pool and in places where drinks and / or food are served. For cleaning the room: € 20.00 EACH PER DAY.

Babysitting and dog sitter service available upon request.

ANY DAMAGES CAUSED EVEN BY ANIMALS WILL BE CHARGED

Cot supplement: € 15.00 per day

Cancellation and / or cancellation conditions

High Season C-D-E Periods of the above price list:
In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 14 days before the day of arrival, no cost will be charged. In case of late cancellation or modification of the reservation, 30% of the entire stay will be charged. In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay is charged.
There is a 30% deposit to pay at time of  reservation with a refund in case of cancellation within the established terms above described.
Customers who anticipate the departure date for reasons not attributable to the hotel are charged the full amount of the stay.
By confirming the reservation, the customer fully accepts the conditions of deposit and booking cancellation with consequent penalty in case of cancellation.

Low season Periods A-B of the above price list:

In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 3 days before the expected day of arrival, no cost will be charged. In case of cancellation or modification made after this deadline or no-show, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged.
Customers who anticipate the departure date for reasons not attributable to the hotel are charged the full amount of the stay.
By confirming the reservation, the customer fully accepts the conditions of deposit and booking cancellation with consequent penalty in case of cancellation.

For group bookings or through agencies the deposit and / or the balance will not be returned or recovered for any reason.
